\"\"The community of Lamandau Regency is a religious community, as evidenced by the existence of diverse lives that have been present since ancient times. The diverse life of the Lamandau community began with scholars or kyai who had studied Islamic religious knowledge, both through Islamic boarding schools and madrasas. Along with the formation of Lamandau Regency, the idea to develop Islamic religious teachings by establishing Islamic educational institutions grew.<\/p>\n

The background for the establishment of the Darul \u2018Ulum Foundation began with the reality of the urgency of Islamic educational institutions themselves, as well as the large number of elementary school students and students who were studying and learning but were not yet accommodated. In order to spread and teach Islamic religious knowledge, \u201cDarul Ulum Foundation\u201d was built to prepare a place to study and a place to learn the Quran for the community that desired it, the existence of which is still recognized by the community today.<\/p>\n

The establishment of the Darul \u2018Ulum Foundation was founded to continue the existence of the former Kasful Anwar Islamic Boarding School, which was pioneered by several figures from Lamandau Regency, namely:<\/p>\n

Muhtar Dahni, H. Pansyah, H. Marzuki, and Brother Mirin, as well as other figures whom we have not mentioned.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Darul Ulum Foundation, at its inception, will manage the Elementary School Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Izharul Ulum and the Madrasah Diniyah Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, which will accept male and female students for the 2019-2019 academic year.<\/p>\n
